    This post will contain a running journal of all trades we take using the LMT Forex Formula - see our review for more information.

    This will not be an extensive list of all trades as we are trading the 4hr time-frame at present and those trades occurring whilst we are sleeping will not be taken and thus, will not be reported.

    Trade details will be posted after they have been closed out. All trades include spreads but exclude roll-over costs (for the simplicity of reporting purposes).
