When G-Code was released Nexus was withdrawn from sale. I too have nexus and am under the impression that G-Code is a repackaged Nexus. Maybe someone who has seen both can confirm this?

sarniacherie, what were your results with Nexus? I found a bulletin board at the same time at buying it and achieved what I was after (a truly small income if I am honest), so I didn't try it. I have read Nexus but not applied/ tested. I have more time now so I was either going to go Black Dog/ Boss 2 or check this one out. Just because it is not current does not mean it will not work? Famous last words!!

Hi thraxas1
I have had Nexus for a while but havent had time to do much with it. As I read somewhere that G Code was just a re-vamped version of Nexus I took the lazy way out and decided to see how the guys trading G-Code got on. If you ask them for their results they may be able to help with your decision as to whether to give it a try or not. I have traded Black Dog (and posted my views on it), but no experience of Boss I'm afraid. If you check out the relevant threads on here you may find something to help you decide. If I was to give one piece of advice for the more expensive systems for sale, I suppose I'd say go with something that gives you a refund option - at least you'll get to try it out and as long as you're sensible and maybe demo trade initially, it won't cost you anything.Last edited by sarniacherie; 05-30-2011 at 06:29 PM.

Guys, Nexus is the Same system/methodology as the G-Code. G-code is now being sold by a third party
and has nothing to do with Steve Copan. Please beware that the advertising states there is post sales
support by Steve Copan. This is not the case.
I have been papertrading this for a while and can say the 2 techniques definately work and have a high
win rate. My one gripe is that the recommended stop loss is often hit before the market reaches
the two targets hit in the book. Just the way the market often retraces before it makes it's advance.
I thus am using a much larger stop loss although this increases the risk of ruin by some factor. I do
however find that this compensates for the larger loss often incurred by using a larger stop.
Some of the guys on this site use even smaller stop losses (23.6% and 32.something)and I really fail
to see how this works. I have tested this strategy on many different currency pairs. No reason why
it could not work intra day although I would use probably use the 4 hour timeframe in order to see decent
target levels.

I bought Nexus ages ago and was subscribed to Copan's website for a while.
Regarding being stopped out before targets being reached; I remember Copan suggesting that should this happen then re-enter the trade at the 78.6% level. He asserted the trade would often work and for a greater profit.
I never tested this out but I offer it in case it helps.
Cheers.
