ABOUT TRADEFAIR
Tradefair Spreads is the home of one of the most simple and intuitive spread betting platforms on which to trade.
Tradefair is funded by and is part of Betfair, the world's largest internet betting exchange. The Tradefair Spreads platform allows bettors to speculate on the movement of stocks and shares through the 'buying' and 'selling' of derivatives. This can be compared to the manner in which a bettor can choose to 'bet' or lay a horse in a race on the Betfair sports exchange.
Trade The World From One Screen
We offer some of the tightest and most competitive spreads in the industry with low margin requirements and low overnight financing. You can trade from a wide range of markets such as shares, indices, commodities and currencies. In fact we have over 2000 markets you can trade. In addition to this we offer responsible trading in the form of automatic stop losses (stop losses are not guaranteed) and 24-hour trading on certain markets.
Tradefair Spreads is a trading name of London Capital Group Ltd (LCG) who is authorised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

Ive had an account with Tradefair for some time now but i must admit although it is funded I dont particularly use it too much.
Reason.....I'm an active day trader and like to get in and out of the markets pretty quick sometimes and also place pending orders maybe a pip or too away from current prices. With Tradefair you cant do this.In other words they discourage scalping.Normally you get in the market maybe 4 or 5 pips away from current price so thats no good to me.For some people that may be ok.
I opened the account a while ago as I also have a Betfair account and was happy enough to use it in the 'early days'.They offer a signing up bonus which i received no probs and also a friend received it too for the recommendation.
Spreads ere pretty good, nothing fantastic but ok...industry norm I suppose.
The charting package is ok too.It uses the same feed as most of the other spread companies.I didnt particularly use it as I prefer to use an MT4 chart for viewing and Tradefair for placing the trades. Not ideal but it works.
The platform is pretty user friendly and order placing is ok with options such as OCOs being available.
The ultimate would be a spread company that uses MT4 charts and ETC order placing ..ie no broker interaction.I think they are out there if you look.
All in all I can recommend Tradefair if you dont want 'instant' trading so to speak.Customer service is good and I never had any problems with them.
