Morning all,

I have purchased this sytem. I have used it with mixed success, but I have to admit that I have found it difficult to trade during the 8.00 to 10.00 am optimum window. That said, it can be used in other time frames according to your being able to find a market that suits. I am still working on this in between moving house and a full time job so you see where I am coming from.

I have to say that I am convinced this system will work as in all things it requires better commitment than I can give at the moment.

What is really good, and unusual, is the constant support, encouragement, guidance, call it what you will in the daily e-mails sent by the vendor which in my view are excellent and worth the ?100 I paid alone. They give excellent training and subtly teach that mindset and commitment are what is required and eventually a way can be found to trade properly and not to give up. Some people may think this is 'mumbo jumbo', but I find it is quite revealing and certainly stops me from making excuses and blaming everything and anyone else.

. I agree with Tony. The system requires commitment between 7 and 10 and that can be hard when you have to feed and water the kids and take them to school. As Tony says the support is superb and the author actually trades daily with the system. Not only that but he also seems to tweak the system a little as time goes on. The daily e-mail is great and the author replies VERY promptly to individual e mails.

I'm completely new to all this but feel that this was a good purchase for my first commercial system. And yes I have made back the fee in my trading activities. I suspect that more experienced friends may regard the system as simple. Having read other forums it appear as there is a view that the indicators used are very basic. But for lil' old me simple is fine.

Anyone using the ten-kei system at the moment, if so, how's it doing

Hi,

We are currently reviewing this with a view to getting a review out in the next few weeks. Gut feel at the moment is it is probably not going to suit our trading style or approach. We like 100% mechanical systems (as close as we can get), ones that take little time and ones that are quite boring.

Although Ten Kei takes little time each morning we just feel the rules could be more rigid and also we are not overly keen on scalping for a few pips here and there - Ten Kei is 1 and 3 minute chart based (mainly) and is very much what we class as scalping. As noted above these are initial thoughts.

We appreciate any input from others in anticipation of completing our review.
