Ahhh, spread is 2 points before 9pm, and 6 points after. So best to get in before 9pm and pay 3 point spread, I think....

Our system is best suited for European customers as we trade the Dow using IG Index spread betting and or CFDs platform. We have some US clients who use the e-mini/YM Dow contract with US brokers. The key thing is to get a broker who has 24 hours trading and allows for trades to be automatically closed after hours so that once a trade is live it can close itself when our stop or limit is hit - usually overnight. We would advice to stick to the same 35/60 limit/stop point distance in order to accurately trade our system. With regards to the entry/exit figures being different form the US futures vs UK charts: it is due to the fact that UK spread betting and CFD brokers are their own market makers and can quote slightly different figures as a result based on their assessment of the market, however if you execute the trade alerts as advised just before the Dow close and set your 35/60 limit orders it should still be working even if the actual Dow figure quoted may be slightly different in the US futures vs the UK/IG Index chart.
