Hi fiscelan,
We would appreciate your updates that's for sure. We are aware of this "tweak" and it is similar to one which the Secret Forex Trader team used to apply to their service. Our view is expressed in that review in that, we do not expect to have to "tweak" any when paying for a signal service - Of course that's just our view and we welcome your diligence in applying "tweaks". Out results, as always, will be based on the signals, as issued.ReviewTeam - www.systemsfortraders.com

Matt Shaw aka Matt Bird
The Matt Shaw you talk about also goes by the name Mattew Bird (check out his tapes - it's the same guy). Mr Shaw / Bird works for the firm Bet on Markets so his recommendation to use that firm could be biased. There are a couple of things wrong with fixed odds betting in my opinion. First, the high cost. Try closing a bet just after you've placed it (with no change in the underlying security). It's about 20%. Second, you miss out on so-called Black Swans. For example, you decide to bet that the Dow will break through 10000 in the next 10 days. It does - it rockets through. But you just win your bet. With a spread bet you could have made a fortune. By the way I used Mr Shaw's strategy. You win lots of small bets and every so often you lose (a relatively big sum). So you break even at best.

Hi,
In your post you made reference that Matt Shaw "also goes by the name Matthew Bird", this is something we have also suspected but cannot confirm or deny with 100% certainty.
As far as we are aware Matt Shaw does not work for BetOnMarkets.
Your comments in relation to initial spread at BetOnMarkets is indeed one they need to work on and in relation to your experience with Matt's service we too are finding a similar pattern develop across this and similar services. The gains from three, sometimes four, winning trades can be wiped out by a single losing trade.ReviewTeam - www.systemsfortraders.com

Re: Fixed Odds Success Review Matt Shaw (Intra)
I've now pulled out of this service since it does not work (not profitable). The main reason is unfortunately the very low reward/risk, 1 losing trade will need 4 winning in a row to break even. And Matt's strike rate is not good (much less than 80% as advirtised).

Hi
Give this guy Matt Shaw the widest possible berth. It is a completely useless service with no return, other than for him. You will get better for your money from the National Lottery or Premium Bonds.
