Default My Journey To Full Time Trader

Hi my name is Jakub. Some time ago I saved a little bit of money and I started thinking what I should do with it. I did not want to leave it in the bank (interest was too small). I had to do something, so my better half told me that I should invest it in the Stock Market. I started to read about it and everything was like a dream! I will make millions! So I decided to become a professional trader while still keeping my day job (to begin with)!
    But how?
My knowledge about Forex is worse than my knowledge about Quantum Physics. I downloaded some books, nothing special. All of them told me what I already knew, "I will earn a fortune". When I went thru them, first thing I thought was “rubbish”. Like most websites as well. I went to my friend (a member of the Reviewteam) asking for help. He said – I can recommend the same road to you I would recommend to anyone… He recommended the School of Pipsology (BabyPips) to start my journey. This is now my sole focus.
After three weeks of study I’m in Middle School and this looks much more difficult than at the beginning but no one said it will be easy!
I hope to provide updates at least once a week.
I will learn to become a Trader …

Good Luck Jakubbo, this is also my goal, I have been trading for 14 months, some months good , some bad, i feel there is still some distance for me to travel to get to that goal, I put a lot of time into my trading, also read a lot of books, this is a great website, stops me buying rubbish systems that will make me a zillion quid in 4 weeks, once a again good luck, I'll be reading your updates with intrest,

    Regards

Last week was a short one, I did not do a lot. The most important thing I have done was opening a Demo Account on smartlivemarkets.co.uk. First thing I must say it was not an easy process for a complete beginner like me. You have various languages, live help and that sort of stuff but when you launch it it’s like Black Magic! I have read about some indicators, candles, charts but when you see it live, moving and changing, personally I can’t remember any thing what I have learnt.

My Demo account balance is 5000 EUR. More or less the same amount I want to invest in the future. Next week I will do my first step and start to invest. I feel very excited and I hope I will not loose every thing in one go. So wish me luck…

Hello everyone. This week was very exciting for me, I started my demo account and my first trading. I must say that it was brilliant. I have not finished babypips school yet but I think it is good to literary do it what you have already learnt. I’ve started the three ducks system and I love it. It is a very clear and easy going set of guidelines. What is most important! Numbers! My loss was 1,79%, my profit was 5,66%. These numbers made me perfectly happy. But my battle is not over yet. This is just the beginning so cross yours finger and hold on - This ride is just about to start.

This week I have taken 12 trades and produced 8,41% profit, 1,55% loss- so last week has given me total of 6,86% profit on my account. I have noticed that my biggest problem is setting my Stop Loss. I know what profit I am looking for, but Stop is very difficult for me to determine. I need to find a way to properly define my Stops and Targets because in my opinion it is a key to success. I still have plenty to learn and I have to admit I have to work harder…

Hello everyone, first I would like to thank you for your interest. This week was hard, I have taken 8 trades and produced 5,27% profit and 4,34% loss. I do not want to complain but my regular job is taking most of my time. I work 10 hours a day, after I come back it is difficult to focus on anything. I believe next week will be better I’ve learnt some new indicators and I can’t wait to try them.

    Goodnight and good luck.

Hi. My first month passed by. Good news, I did not lose everything. What I can say till now, knowledge is everything. Still I haven't finished baby pips but I’m working on it. I’m sorry for my absence. I have been a little under the weather for the past few weeks. It is amazing how your mood can affect your trading. I made some trades what were not very wise. I lost some money and then a little bit more. I think I started gambling too much, it was so quick I did not realize at the time. Now after a small break I have to start all over again.
