Any possiblity for Linux OS for Forex?
Hi I'm just want to be educated that whether there is any possiblity for Linux OS operations for Forex Trading ?
I noticed most use Windows OS on Servers.

Sorry I missed this post waaaaaaay back in April! You have three options as far as I can see:
1) Web based interfaces: you could use IG Index or Shortspreads if you are in the UK. I think Oanda have a web-based forex interface too but I'm not sure.
2) MT4 on Linux: you can run it quite easily on Wine, I have had it running under Xandros on a pathetic little Asus Eee 900. I seem to recall that it only needed a few extra Microsoft fonts to make it run correctly - there are blogs out there. Of course you could run a virtual PC e.g. with VirtualBox running Windows inside Linux.
3) MT4 on a remote desktop: you could get a VPS account which may well be Windows based, that you would access using VNC or something on Linux. This is a good option as you don't need to install much on your PC and you can also shut down when you need to.
