We haven't touched the standard settings For GBPUSD just have to make sure the indicator triggers at the right time (0900 UK time)- GBPJPY cannot comment as we do not trade it.

I Have been trading this system on a manual basis for a few months now ,and have always set the consolidation period from 9pm to 9am london time ,but i have just been reviewing the manual and have only just realised that it indicates it should be 21.00 GMT to 9.00 GMT ,as LONDON is GMT +1 ,then I should set the period 22.00 to 10.00 london time ?
Is this correct or am I missing something ?

I've been running the EA that comes with the system (DailyEA) on a SmartLive MT4 demo account. There was a spike to 1.61 on cable on the close of Friday on the demo platform. Given the rules for the system, see the screenshot for the trade it picked up this morning

(I scrubbed the order and account number for privacy). Yes, it really thinks 200 pips SL and TP is sensible. Of course it's a demo platform so it's subject to funny business. I post this here as a light hearted warning:

1) EAs are inherently stupid and need supervision.

2) Spikes happen in reality: News Headlines

Agreed - and I was also surprised to see the huge spike when other platforms such as IG Index, which also opens early on Sunday, didn't show it. I note that the spike is not now showing on the live chart, and my guess is that they removed it pretty quickly, although you would have to have refreshed your live chart to stop the EA making use of this anomaly before the trade. With any EA I would never leave it to run 24/7 unobserved and always try and check first thing and last thing during the day, which in this case would have allowed correction for the error before the trade, by moving the consolidation range to just outside the spike.. Overall I still think that the SLSB will work well, and that these glitches are just par for the course. One other thing I have noted for those with larger accounts is that SLSB have a maximum bet size of £50 - £20 for many other pairs apart from GBP/USD and USD/JPY which surprises me when their competitors offer up to 10 times this amount.

I read back in a post you made in May that G-Code was your number one priority for late June release. Can you advise as to how this review is coming along?

We took this decision based on our experiences of the system to date and also the supporting back-test data. We will not be looking fore income here, instead we have decided to look for a growth. We have started with a £2,000 balance for both GBPUSD and USDJPY - The best way to keep track will be keep an eye on the journal thread which we will update monthly.

Been running this EA for nearly a month. It started well but then constant false breakouts and reversals have mullered my demo account by about 20%. The take-profit levels have rarely been hit. However I like the way ithe EA catches breakouts and perhaps in a less volatile, steadily trending market it will perform better.
