From being +9% at the early stages of using this system we are now down around 24% due to seeing just 1 winning trade out of the last 13 - We will continue to monitor to the end of the year.

It seems to me that you're wasting your time on this "system".

The guy - who must remain anonymous - says he is only releasing 100 copies. And yet it has been on sale for at least, what, 6 months? And will he remain anonymous when requests for refunds pour in?

Give us a break.

He is fuller than most of his ilk in overloaded hype - and that's saying a lot.

And your trial says a lot too - 25% down over 3 or 4 months? That's a mighty drawdown in only a few months.

Thanks for your post and comments. We do indeed "waste" our time on many "systems" unfortunately! However, hopefully our reviews and our members comments add value.

In fact we always use real accounts where possible and minimum stakes - Thus our losses are real but minimal - After the end of this year we will cease to monitor this product.

I believe, maurice, that you are experiencing one of the many milestones on the trading path - the realisation that forex 'marketing' is all absolute bull. Anything that has an actual person's name on it tends to fall into 2 camps:

1) Egomaniacs who think they are God's gift to traders (or at least know that if they make you think that they are God's gift to traders you might give them some cash)
2) Fictional characters created by the same publishing firm that pumped out the last half dozen systems you tried. I'm not pointing any fingers, Agora and Canonbury, by the way.

Some of the people are real but they can even be fronts for the publishers anyway. I know there are a few real-real people who did come up with systems and do front them themselves but I think they are a rarity.

As for the 'only 100 copies' spiel - I tend to ignore that EXCEPT in the very specific case of products that come with a liveroom, as liverooms get crazy with too many people. I never believe the 'too many people will spoil this' spiel either.

You are to be congratulated on your sometimes thankless tasks and your money, however small, going haplessly down the drain. However your efforts are greatly appreciated, I would imagine, by your many members.

They certainly are by myself; I have followed your findings for some time and they must have saved me quite a tidy sum of money. To use a well-worn cliche - keep up the good work.

However I experienced this particular milestone many moons ago and it has kept me right out of the forex markets and for some time now I have been a mere onlooker until I find the holy grail. And I sure won't find it from firms such as Canonbury and Agora and Shortcut Publications and, no doubt, plenty of others.

Which is one reason why I look in on these forums regularly. I may not find the grail - holy or unholy - but at least my bank account's remaining in the black.
